Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production across three shifts, ensuring safe, timely operations and strong quality. You will drive daily work assignments, provide hands-on support, and champion safety, morale and continuous improvement across the team.

The role requires shop-floor leadership, ability to adjust staffing to meet schedules, and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, planning and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ related work experience.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Labour Laws.
• Conflict resolution and time management.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Proficient computer skills and use of information systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient production in line with schedules and policies.
• Train, coach and guide employees to meet operational initiatives.
• Schedule personnel according to manufacturing demand and capacity.
• Monitor output, efficiency and quality indicators; adjust staffing as needed.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Finance and Planning to meet targets.
