Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient and timely production. This role will lead shift activities, manage schedules, and provide hands-on support to improve product quality and delivery performance.

The supervisor will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and ISO/TS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a manufacturing shift and coordinating daily production schedules.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and TS16949 quality systems is preferred.
• Evidence-based approach to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supports production schedules and daily work assignments.
• Provides hands-on product and process support for reports.
• Drives process safety, quality, delivery and morale improvements.
