Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient production and daily work assignments. You will drive product/process safety, quality, delivery and morale while coaching staff and aligning resources to schedules.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and development of direct reports in a fast-paced plant environment. You will collaborate across maintenance, engineering, finance, planning and quality to meet production goals, regularly reviewing results with

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Labour Laws.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office suite.
• Ability to guide and direct teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient production and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train, coach, and guide employees to achieve operational initiatives.
• Schedule personnel based on manufacturing demand and skills.
• Assess equipment capacity and material supply to optimize output.
• Monitor and improve output, processes, labor efficiency, and quality indicators.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Planning and Quality teams.
• Review production results with Management and set improvement priorities.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
