Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive components, seeking a Manufacturing Manager to drive effective operations and lead division activities aligned with corporate goals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff growth, optimizing production metrics, and participating in continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years managerial experience in automotive.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees supervisory staff growth and development; fosters teamwork.
• Final decisions on overtime with respect to production needs.
• Analyzes production reports, inventories, output, yield and scrap.
• Participates in continuous improvement teams and plans.
• Maintains safety compliance and follows company rules.
