Qualifications

• 6+ years of manufacturing experience; 4+ years operating equipment in cleanroom or regulated settings.
• Hands-on with hazardous chemicals and PPE; strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Apply lean manufacturing concepts and 5S to improve processes.
• Lead problem-solving and mentor other technicians.
• Read drawings and follow work instructions to ensure quality.
