Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing supervisory team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of agglomeration, extrusion or continuous mixer processes preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and employee development abilities.
• Ability to analyze production data and make effective operational decisions.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Provide leadership during startups, shutdowns, transitions, and unplanned line stoppages.
• Manage staffing, training, and resources for safe, efficient operations.
• Own shift performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to achieve objectives.
