Job summary

Interface, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead agglomeration and continuous mixer operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets in a non-climate-controlled facility.

The role emphasizes Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement practices while developing team capability. Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business; 2+ years of supervisory experience and strong problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills

Qualifications

Minimum two years of manufacturing supervisory leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of agglomeration, extrusion, continuous mixer, or similar processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and employee development skills.
Ability to analyze production data and make operational decisions.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
Provide leadership during startups, shutdowns, product transitions, and unplanned line stoppages.
Plan workforce, staffing, training, and resources for safe and efficient operations.
Hold Team Leaders accountable for standard work, process compliance, and performance.
Drive corrective actions by analyzing performance data and KPIs to close gaps.
