Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
