Job summary

SPX Technologies in Olathe, KS seeks a Senior Site Leader to guide our large, complex manufacturing operations. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and growth, and drive the site strategy across multiple functions.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Lean and ERP/MRP experience, and a track record of building high-performing teams on-site. Based at the Olathe facility with potential travel to other SPX sites.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Management or related field.
Strong Lean, data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for the Olathe facility, owning Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Growth.
Communicate performance, risks, and recovery plans to leadership with transparency.
Oversee scheduling, capacity planning, labor planning, and inventory control to meet customer commitments.
Develop and deploy site operating strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead talent, succession planning, and on-site leadership presence.
