Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies in Olathe, KS is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team and oversee daily operations, safety, quality, and on-time delivery at the facility. You will drive performance and coach hourly staff in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will hire, train, and develop hourly staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and SOP adherence using ERP systems and standard metrics across the plant.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP and inventory planning software.
• HVAC industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manufacturing team, driving productivity and engagement.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Oversee safety, housekeeping, and compliant operations.
• Coordinate with production planning to meet on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Implement lean initiatives and continuous improvement in processes.
