Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies, a division of SPX Technologies, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our Springfield, MO facility. You will lead daily operations, drive productivity, and champion safety and lean initiatives to deliver high-quality products on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manufacturing team to ensure productivity and a positive environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees; manage performance discussions and coaching.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics to meet on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Ensure safety compliance; maintain clean and safe manufacturing areas; drive continuous improvement.
