LISI Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor I in Garden Grove, CA. The role oversees hourly production staff, schedules workflows, and drives quality using SPC tools while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to supervise hourly personnel and manage scheduling and training.
• Knowledge of SPC and Six Sigma/quality processes.
• Strong safety and compliance orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule production processes.
• Supervises capacity issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Directs and manages hourly manufacturing personnel; provides tools and support to ensure success.
• Schedules and expedites manufacturing to meet deadlines.
• Assigns and schedules work to production employees.
• Uses SPC and other tools to manage factory quality.
• Ensures adequate training for job functions.
• Monitors tools, materials, quality, and production.
• Troubleshoots manufacturing problems and determines corrective actions.
• Ensures safety regulations are observed.
• Monitors equipment usage and employee quality; takes corrective action.
• Performs personnel functions: evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with all rules and regulations; supports HSE policies.
• Works on continuous HSE improvements and training.
