Job summary

LISI Aerospace North America in Torrance, CA seeks a Director of Manufacturing to lead production, delivery and quality of high-precision aerospace fasteners, guiding machining, forging, thermal treatment and coating operations.

You will drive safety, environmental results and continuous improvement, develop cost-effective processes, optimize CAPEX planning, and ensure KPI targets are met across the assigned units. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Minimum 8 years related experience or equivalent.
• Customer interface experience related to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L for assigned production units; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Achieve health, safety, and environmental goals with best-in-class practices.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment planning, and capital expenditure.
• Ensure delivery performance and monitor KPI to support customer service targets.
