• Prioritize and schedule production processes.
• Supervise hourly personnel and provide tools and support for success.

• Ensure training for relevant functions.
• Monitor tools, materials, quality and production.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and take corrective action.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
