Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years equivalent combination of education and supervisory aerospace experience
• Familiar and understands Lean Manufacturing Processes

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise team members within their assigned production group unit; interview, hire and train employees as needed
• Plan, assign and direct work; monitor performance and coach for improvement
• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and safety procedures on the shop floor
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize staffing, and drive OEE improvements
• Support LEAP projects (PSM, CONWIP, KANBAN, 5S) and preventive maintenance reporting
