Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Burbank, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor I to oversee daily operations in an assigned manufacturing area. You will ensure a safe, compliant work environment, maintain quality standards, and execute the production schedule while leading a small team and coordinating shifts.

You’ll use basic problem-solving skills and lean concepts (5S, standard work) and report to the Value Stream Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is required.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate shift activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and quality, execute daily production plan.
• Assign tasks, ensure material availability, uphold work instructions.
• Support lean initiatives (5S, standard work) and coaching.
