Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and two years professional experience or Minimum 3 years management experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Position is entry level.
• Knowledge of SPC/ Six Sigma and SOP development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule production processes.
• Supervises capacity issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Direct and manage Hourly Manufacturing Personnel; provide tools, knowledge, and support to ensure success.
• Schedule and expedites the manufacturing of products to meet deadlines.
• Assigns and schedules work to production employees.
• Ensure adequate training and safety compliance across the team.
• Monitor equipment, tools, materials, and production quality.
• Perform evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
