Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others.
• PC Skills - Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, eQMS.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Verify quality checks and ensure production lines run quality product.
• Meet production targets by effective personnel allocation and scheduling.
• Monitor yields and minimize waste; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee daily production activities and coordinate interdepartmental communication.
• Onboard, train, and develop production personnel; manage time cards.
