Signicast LLC seeks a Production Supervisor for the Second Shift (3pm–12am, M–F) in Hutchins, Texas. The role oversees module operations, ensures safety, and drives production to meet quality and delivery targets. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus and beneficial for team communication.

The position requires leadership, training, and adherence to ISO/TS standards, with opportunities for growth within a world-class manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess good computer skills and ability to learn new skills as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a safety leader; works with the EHS Manager to maintain a safe work environment.
• Prioritizes, schedules, and delegates work to ensure high-quality products at the lowest cost.
• Trains new and existing employees on processes and quality standards, including ISO/TS.
• Participates in planning meetings and helps determine space, personnel, and equipment needs.
• Ensures adherence to ISO/TS procedures and supports preventative maintenance planning.
• Addresses and resolves work problems; acts as a technical resource for staff.
