Your Role:

The Manufacturing Supervisor is a shift-based position responsible for coordinating production activities and overseeing shift personnel in Production 4. The Supervisor will achieve production targets, departmental metrics, and objectives, ensuring productivity, financial delivery, quality, service, and safety.

The Supervisor will ensure thorough training, mentoring, and motivation of employees, establish performance standards, monitor performance, and communicate evaluations effectively.

• Oversees statistical performance of processes and equipment to ensure minimal variability in product quality.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Builds and maintains a culture of hazard recognition, risk assessment, and incident prevention.
• Reports safety and quality events; assists in root cause analysis and sustainable resolutions.
• Develops, introduces, and operates process monitoring & control systems, analyzing data to identify trends and weaknesses.
• Manages training and educational processes for the production and packaging team.
• Conducts employee reviews and supports development to meet individual and company objectives.
• Ensures the work areas follow the 6S program for maintenance and improvement.
• Participates in investigating Quality and EHS issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating 2/2/3 schedule.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of chemical manufacturing operations or R&D experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other Life Science discipline
