Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Production Supervisor - We have an opening for a Production Supervisor on an off shift (Monday-Thursday, 4:30PM - 2:30AM) & an opening on our Weekend AM shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 6:30a-6:30p) at our Mequon, WI location.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Port Washington, WI.

Salary: $50 - 55k (Based on Experience)

Requirements: We are looking for a candidate that leads by example and is consistent in all that they do. Strong leadership skills are a must, and focus on accountability to drive results. This candidate must be willing to push production and always focus on safety. Experience with Temp labor is a plus. Strong skills in coaching and development are a must.

Position Overview

The Production Supervisor will oversee the production processes during weekend hours, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations. This role is critical for maintaining production schedules, managing staff, and implementing best practices to optimize production output while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the production team during the weekend shift to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including FDA, USDA, and ISO regulations.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with other shifts to maintain efficient operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for team members.
• Oversee waste control measures and strive for production efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery, including steam tunnels, liquid fill, wipes, and rotary fill systems.
• Experience with quality control standards and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, ISO).
• Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions to optimize efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
