Responsibilities:

1. Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and verbal instructions.
2. Inspect work for defects using inspection sheets.
3. Report problems and deviations from standard practices.
4. Work with components with close tolerances and differentiate parts.
5. Comply with safety procedures and practices.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
7. Work on all three shifts; must be available for overtime.
8. Rotate between different jobs.
9. Maintain an acceptable work pace.
10. Lift automotive parts up to 50 lbs; perform bending, reaching, twisting, and standing (90%) and walking (10%).
11. Ensure quality of own work.
12. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
13. Use basic hand tools such as box cutters.
14. Be self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
15. Work with minimal supervision and learn new skills.
16. Work a 60-hour schedule plus mandatory overtime as needed.
