Join to apply for the Welder Machine Operator Trainee role at High Security Fence Systems LLC.

Position details:

1. 2nd shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. (training on 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. for approximately three months).
2. Perform standard operations to operate a computer-controlled welding machine to produce welded wire mesh, ensuring quality and meeting production schedules.
3. Responsibilities include setup, changeovers, routine maintenance assistance, and quality checks. The machine performs the welding; the operator manages the process.
4. Work from specifications, ensure proper wire positioning, conduct visual inspections, maintain equipment, record quality checks, and assist with general maintenance.
5. Remove and palletize finished rolls, monitor wire fields, and support other operators as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
2. Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, organized, and maintain a clean work area.
3. Lifting up to approximately 50 lbs. required.
4. Maintain high efficiency and quality standards.
