Job Responsibilities:

1. Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and verbal instructions.
2. Inspect his/her and others work for defects using the final inspection sheets.
3. Report problems where the ability to recognize deviation from standard practices and processes is required.
4. Work with components with moderately close tolerances, and differentiate one part from another.
5. Comply with all company and industry process safety procedures and practices.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
7. Maintain an acceptable work pace throughout the day.
8. Lift automotive parts up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, twisting, and standing (90%) walk (10%).
9. Be responsible for his/her own quality of product.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
11. Use basic hand tools such as box cutters.
12. Be a self-motivated, reliable team player who is dependable and on time.
13. Work with minimum supervision.
14. Learn new skills and behaviors.
15. Work a 60 hr schedule, plus mandatory overtime as required per production needs.

Note: Open positions on all three shifts. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK OVERTIME AS NEEDED. Must be willing to rotate on different jobs.
