Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor in Missouri to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain licensing, and at least one year of supervisory security experience.

Day shift 7:00AM–3:00PM; $23/hour; full-time benefits including health insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must possess one or more of the following: military service, auxiliary police, supervisory experience, or an associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
