Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Missouri to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training for a client site. The role focuses on ensuring contract compliance, quality service, and efficient scheduling under day shift hours (7:00 AM–3:00 PM).

The ideal candidate brings supervisory security experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. A high school diploma or equivalent and state licensing readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• One or more: military service, Auxiliary Police, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or higher education degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training, screening, and contract requirements are met.
• Minimize overtime as directed by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to maintain service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary decisions.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures.
