Solatube is seeking an HR Manager in Winchester, VA to lead payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and policy initiatives. You will drive compliance, employee development, and safety programs across the site, collaborating with management to build a high-performance workforce.

The ideal candidate brings manufacturing HR experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office to optimize compensation, training, and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing settings.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems for data management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee payroll processing and HR analytics across the site.
• Develop recruitment strategies and conduct candidate interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and benefits enrollment for new hires.
• Conduct job evaluations and wage data analysis to advise compensation.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and maintain records.
• Lead training initiatives and update HR policies and procedures.
• Investigate employee relations issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain HRIS and generate regular workforce reports.
