Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled at the time internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering majors preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate materials, tooling, and Lean improvements to support shop production.
  • Manage shop scheduling and improve visibility with SAP reports.
  • Liaise with Product Quality Specialists on Non-conformance tracking and resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
