Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled at the time internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering majors preferred.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate materials, tooling, and Lean improvements to support shop production.
Manage shop scheduling and improve visibility with SAP reports.
Liaise with Product Quality Specialists on Non-conformance tracking and resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
