Job summary

HMH is seeking a Global Services Intern to support service offerings, improve customer experience, and configure account structures across service applications. As a Global Services Intern, you will:

Requirements/Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college; Business or Mechanical Engineering majors preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Good interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across multiple functions to achieve desired results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
