Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Ability to work independently or within a team with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, tooling, and Lean improvements to support shop production.
• Manage shop scheduling and improve visibility with SAP reports.
• Liaise with Product Quality Specialists on non-conformance tracking and resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Learn about material staging, SAP scheduling, and Lean setup reduction projects.
