Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Manager Manufacturing Shift in Silver Spring to coach front-line leaders and hourly associates across shifts. You will drive quality, efficiency, safety, service and cost performance by applying performance tools and daily/weekly/monthly objectives.

The role focuses on current week execution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable gains in production and maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising exempt and non-exempt associates.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO Standards, Six Sigma, and Lean Principles.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; SAP, CONA, SharePoint, PHRED, Kronos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results and safety.
• Check production, quality, and maintenance outputs and report performance.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Plan and manage resources; resolve work interruptions to meet targets.
• Train new employees on machinery, procedures, and safety.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to staff.
• Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow across shifts.
