Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Silver Spring responsible for all aspects of the Maintenance Department, asset care, and budget management.

You will lead a diverse team, drive reliability, and ensure safety and KPI targets are met across production and facilities. Responsibilities include developing maintenance plans, overseeing capital projects, and partnering with plant leadership to align with ISO standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager in a like business.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems, and beverage equipment.
• Experience managing both in-house and capital projects.
• Ability to manage budgets and develop department plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate maintenance team to meet safety and production goals.
• Implement continuous improvement and manage service delivery.
• Develop department business plan and maintenance scheduling.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Oversee capital projects and ensure ISO/Management System adherence.
