Job summary

The Manager Manufacturing Shift at Coca-Cola Consolidated in Sandston oversees daily production, safety, quality, and cost performance in a beverage plant. You will train and lead front‑line leaders and hourly staff across shifts to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with SAP, Kronos or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results while upholding safety and quality.
• Monitor production, quality, and maintenance output and report performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Plan and manage resources and resolve work interruptions to meet targets.
• Train new employees on procedures and standard work.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Maintain staffing schedules and workflow.
