Job summary

Sabre Industries in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, safety, productivity, and quality on the assigned shift. You will guide daily work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of production goals.

Core duties include staffing, performance evaluation, training, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Proficiency with Epicor/Vantage and strong leadership will support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two year associates degree and/or 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS requirements for welded structures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Gives daily work assignments and prioritizes tasks based on schedules.
• Monitors progress and prepares time and attendance reports.
• Evaluates safety, quality, productivity and attendance; initiates corrective action.
• Maintains staffing levels and interviews candidates for open positions.
• Uses Epicor/Vantage to track production and communicate with teams.
• Leads meetings and fosters positive relations across shifts.
