Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to lead daily manufacturing tasks under the Plant Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the line.

You will supervise personnel, assign work, and monitor performance while using Epicor/Vantage for data collection and scheduling. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read blueprints, interpret tolerances, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Must learn to use Epicor/Vantage (MES) to report data, review schedules, inventories, routings, and train staff.
• Must read and interpret blueprints and inspect shafts or hardware.
• Must understand Sabre’s Quality Manual and manufacturing tolerances.
• Must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production tasks and delegate to assigned employees.
• Use the company system (Epicor/Vantage) to collect labor hours and track process information.
• Prepare proper training for production employees as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping, safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Assist in implementing master plans to meet goals and delivery dates.
• Assist in evaluating employee performance and conduct weekly safety meetings.
