Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years’ experience in data center/fiber hut equipment manufacturing or related production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (email, Word, Excel) and reporting.
• Demonstrated initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff, assign tasks, monitor performance and training.
• Set priorities based on schedules and operations input to meet deadlines.
• Monitor daily progress to ensure schedules are met and quality standards upheld.
• Manage attendance and timekeeping for payroll purposes.
• Ensure products meet required specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain to secure materials.
• Evaluate safety, quality, productivity, and attendance; initiate improvements.
• Maintain staffing levels and facilitate internal/external hiring as needed.
• Communicate with other supervisors and management; conduct department meetings.
• Utilize Epicor/Vantage for production jobs and reporting.
• Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative shift environment.
