This role emphasizes safety, paperwork accuracy, and efficient use of Epicor ERP for tracking inventories. Ideal candidates bring forklift operation experience and a track record of leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow SOPs.
• Proficient use of ERP systems and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Backup for Inventory Logistics Supervisor as needed.
• Verify quantity and quality of received items per SOP.
• Coordinate material needs with production for smooth operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and filed promptly.
• Manage locations of purchased plate and parts, including Epicor entries.
• Assist in cycle counts and year-end audits.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain safety and cleaning standards for area and equipment.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling gear.
• Demonstrate initiative, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
• Accept additional duties as assigned.
