You will manage a 208-hour-per-week program, coach security officers, coordinate schedules, and maintain strong client relations to deliver professional security services in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required; supervisory or account management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, schedules, and accountability.
• Professional demeanor with client and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations to ensure compliance with site procedures, post orders, and client expectations.
• Supervise, coach, and support security officers while promoting accountability and professionalism.
• Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, attendance, and timekeeping to ensure operational needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client through consistent communication and responsive service.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain service standards.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, and facility security procedures.
• Ensure incidents and security concerns are properly documented, reported, and addressed.
• Coordinate officer training and ensure team members understand site-specific procedures and emergency protocols.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges while communicating staffing or performance concerns to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable security regulations.
