Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact to ensure high-quality service and address issues.
• Meet with client reps for status updates and assist in contract negotiation.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain staff; supervise and discipline as needed.
• Assist in development and administration of the account budget.
• Maintain professional environment compliant with laws and policies.
• Approve expenditures; ensure vehicle maintenance and equipment inventory.
• Prepare staffing schedules; inspect posts and verify directives.
• Contribute to company initiatives and resolve legal, financial, HR issues.
• Perform other duties as needed for the account.
