Qualifications

Securitas is seeking a motivated and dependable Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations at a manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage site operations, support and develop a team of security officers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure security standards are consistently met.

The Account Manager will oversee a security program totaling 208 hours per week, with a focus on staffing, operational performance, client satisfaction, and delivering professional security services in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Norwood, MA

Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations to ensure compliance with site procedures, post orders, and client expectations.
• Supervise, coach, and support security officers while promoting accountability and professionalism.
• Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, attendance, and timekeeping to ensure operational needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client through consistent communication and responsive service.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain service standards.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, and facility security procedures.
• Ensure incidents and security concerns are properly documented, reported, and addressed.
• Coordinate officer training and ensure team members understand site‑specific procedures and emergency protocols.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges while communicating staffing or performance concerns to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable security regulations.
