Job summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations supporting a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Goodyear, AZ. You will supervise material handlers and forklift operators, ensure accurate receiving, put‑away, and shipping, and collaborate with Production and Quality to maintain material flow.

The role emphasizes safety, inventory discipline, and continuous improvement, with accountability for achieving on‑time material delivery and proper FIFO compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, material handling, or inventory experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• 1+ year of direct supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Experience leading hourly warehouse or material handling employees.
• Strong understanding of receiving, inventory control, material staging, picking, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and cycle counting or inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, material movement, and shipping support.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production based on schedules and priorities.
• Coordinate material staging and replenishment to prevent shortages and delays.
• Maintain organized warehouse areas and ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.
• Monitor inbound/outbound material flow and address bottlenecks or competing priorities.
• Lead and develop Material Handlers, Forklift Operators, and Warehouse staff; enforce safety and productivity standards.
