Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage complex schedules across multiple fabrication and assembly lines. This role coordinates between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, and Engineering to balance demand with labor, equipment, and space, ensuring on-time delivery and high throughput.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production planning within contract or engineered-to-order environments, with strong ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial, manufacturing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Production Planning, Scheduling, Operations Planning, or Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Experience in contract or engineered-to-order manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Labor Planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed production schedules across fabrication, welding, paint, assembly, electrical integration, and final system build.
• Translate customer demand and project priorities into achievable production plans.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules aligned with capacity and delivery requirements.
• Manage schedule priorities across products, projects, and work centers.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to address bottlenecks and risks.
• Monitor schedule adherence and perform recovery actions as needed.
• Support NPI and production launch activities with leadership.
