LHH is supporting the recruitment of a Business Development Associate with a tenured client of ours located in West Phoenix, AZ. This position is a Quality Supervisor/Manager. The ideal candidate is a person who is able to manage others on the shop floor while overseeing root cause analysis, internal audits, and create continuous process improvements. They need someone who is proactive, approachable, and supportive.

• Prospect and build out opportunities to expand business into multiple industries
• Set and sell customer expectations and offerings with a self starter mentality
• Relationship building with key decision makers to convert into purchase orders
• Create and present proposals of offerings, collaborate on pricing and contracts, and provide for clients needs

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years in sales and business development - ideally would like to see manufacturing or packaging industry sales experience
