LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing organization that supports a diverse portfolio of production and assembly operations while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence. In this role, you will develop efficient manufacturing solutions, lead process improvement initiatives, and support new product launches while and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $87,000-95,000 per year plus bonus and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.
