Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced safety professional to train and enforce EH&S programs on the xPL Offsite Manufacturing project in Decatur, AL. You will educate teams, promote safe practices, and contribute to the project safety program throughout all phases.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Safety/Engineering or related field, CHST within 2 years if not already certified, and strong leadership with excellent communication to coordinate with subcontractors and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety/Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related construction safety experience or equivalent.
• CHST certification required or within 2 years of appointment.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed and First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED current.

Responsabilités

• Educate project team on EH&S programs and provide safe work-practice training.
• Promote safe work practices in line with EH&S policies and regulations.
• Build relationships with production teams and subcontractor safety reps.
• Contribute to development of the xPL project safety program.
