Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory rules, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and workers' compensation processes, plus training staff and maintaining safety records.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing safety leadership.
• Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Proven incident investigation and corrective action planning skills.
• Strong analytical and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs in line with laws and regulations.
• Promote safety culture through training and engagement.
• Conduct inspections and identify unsafe conditions for correction.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes with corrective actions.
• Manage workers' compensation cases and support return-to-work programs.
• Maintain safety records and regulatory documentation.
• Analyze safety data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning.
