Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. seeks a Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing plant operations in Michigan. You will drive daily production, optimize workflows, control costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while guiding cross-functional teams toward performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management of quality, schedule adherence, and personnel development. Travel to support plant initiatives may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or five years production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001:2025 and ISO 17025:2005
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, ability to give clear verbal and written direction.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to interpret production information.
• Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary.
• Experience with managing a large group of people.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Understanding of impact events, material behaviour and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work within a diverse workforce.
• Ability to follow through on work assignments, scheduling, and deadlines.
• Ability to work under changing priorities.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, team working and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide support to staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Daily Operations: direct all daily plant operations ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Production Management: plan and run optimal day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Efficiency Optimization: analyze workflow, labor, and equipment to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Quality Control: monitor output and take corrective actions to ensure on-time shipping.
• Resource Allocation: allocate resources and fully utilize assets for best results.
• Data Analysis: collect and analyze data to identify waste or overtime and improve productivity.
• Employee Management: provide leadership, development, and performance evaluation for plant staff.
• Budget Management: work with leadership on budgets and capital expenditures.
• Safety Compliance: perform routine safety checks and enforce safety protocols.
• Supervision: oversee Production, maintenance, shipping, receiving, material and test lab.
