Responsibilities include developing training, conducting risk assessments, and managing workers’ compensation cases while maintaining ISO-aligned safety systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in safety, occupational health, industrial engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in safety, health and environmental regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OSHA and DOT regulations and compliance.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Assist, plans and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA, DOT and regulations.
• Lead HSE program improvements, environmental compliance, safety training and site security.
• Perform safety surveys, inspections, and risk assessments with written reports and corrective actions.
• Investigate work-related incidents and implement prevention measures.
• Manage work-related injuries and workers’ compensation claims.
• Develop and track safety initiatives and reward programs for safe behavior.
• Maintain Hazard Communication and Safety Data Sheets programs.
• Lead audits and third-party certification activities related to safety & security.
