Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Regional HSE Manager based in the Grand Rapids, MI area to lead health, safety, environmental, and security programs across multiple manufacturing sites. The role drives proactive safety culture and serves as the escalation point for complex issues, partnering with Operations, HR, and Plant Leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, 3+ years in multi-site leadership, and travel 50–70%.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of multi-site leadership experience.
• Travel 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Site HSE Managers across multiple facilities.
• Translate HSE strategy into regional objectives and standardize programs.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA and state regulations.
